This flat has been refurbished to the very highest standards.
Wood floors cover the apartment except in the bedrooms where there is carpet, and
tiles in the bathrooms. There is one bathroom with a shower above the bath, and
one shower room. Both rooms have suspended ceilings with recessed halogen lighting.
The kitchen has every "mod-con" you could want, and has
been opened up to give it a great open-plan feel. There is a table to seat up to
four within the kitchen, large sized fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
All of the rooms are large in size. Each room has a double
bed, a wardrobe, and a bedside table. There are wooden blinds in each room too.
Gas Central heating from an On-Demand boiler ensures
that your bills are kept to a minimum with hot water only being produced when it
is needed.
The flat is on the top floor of an ex-local authority
block. There is a secure entry system to get inside, and an elevator ride to the
top floor. The flat looks south towards The Thames, which can be easily seen in
the winter when the trees lose their leaves! Apart from the tree view there is grass
and a small Victorian street called Daisy Lane. To one side is South Park which
has tennis courts and plenty of open green space. To the other side is Hurlingham
Park which has tennis too but also Rugby pitches and running tracks. It is approximately
five minutes walk to Parsons Green tube. Buses are too many to mention on New Kings
Road, Wandsworth Bridge Road, and Peterborough Road.
