Burlington Place
This is a fully furnished flat in a great location. Burlington Place is around 2 minutes to walk to Putney Bridge tube. There are large communal areas - spread over two floors, on the ground and first floor. There is a big lounge (complete with two sofas, 28" widescreen TV, video, coffee table) leading off onto a good sized terrace (perfect for the summer BBQ!) with a grass area. Kitchen has all mod cons - everything is provided from washer dryer all the way down to teaspoons! There is a table that seats four for eating, socialising etc The bathroom is a good size complete with shower overhead bath. There is a separate w.c. All bedrooms are of a reasonable size, as can be seen from the dimensions below each photo. Each bedroom has a generous amount of storage space, a double bed as well as other storage units. The largest bedroom has two single beds to make a huge double, but could also be put back to two singles for sharers. There are two parks close by, the nearest is Bishops Park, which is enormous. There is a running track, cycling path, tennis courts, cricket pitch, roller blading track and even a paddling pool! The park is adjacent the River Thames and is just a few minutes walk. Hurlingham Park is around 5 minutes walk and is similarly equipped including a bowling green! Local Pubs are too many to mention, but among the best are Larrick (2mins), Eight Bells (2mins), O'Neils (2mins), White Horse (7mins), Pitcher and Piano (3mins) and Slug and Lettuce (8mins). It's ten minutes walk to Putney High Street (and mainline station), loads of buses on New Kings Road (1 min walk), Fulham Road (1 min walk) and Fulham Palace Road (1 min walk). Local bus stops are for 14 22 39 74 85 93 220 265 270 414 424 430 N10 N22 N74. The 14, 85 and 93 are 24Hrs. We really are well located just off of New Kings Road and in a quiet street too! Nearest Tube is Putney Bridge, District Line, and is 2 minutes walk.
