This flat has
just been refurbished to the very highest standards. Wood floors cover the
apartment except in the bedrooms where there is carpet, and tiles in the
bathrooms. There are two shower rooms, one has w.c. too. Both rooms have
suspended ceilings with recessed halogen lighting. Everything is brand new - you
will be the first people to move in! All new furniture is being delivered, and
you can choose how many beds you want, so they will be delivered, to your
specification, when you move in!
The
lounge has two new large sofas, coffee table and 28" widescreen TV.
The kitchen has
every "mod-con" you could want, and has been opened up to give it a great
open-plan feel. There is a table to seat up to four within the kitchen, large
sized fridge freezer dish washer and washing machine.
All of the
rooms are large in size. Each room has a double bed, a wardrobe, and a bedside
table. There are wooden blinds in each room too.
Gas Central
heating from an On-Demand boiler ensures that your bills are kept to a minimum
with hot water only being produced when it is needed - why pay for it when you
don't need it? Also you can NEVER run out with this system!
The flat is on
the top floor of a three floor ex-local authority block, which has just five
other apartments in it, so it is very quiet and very secure. There is a secure
entry system to get inside. The apartment is one minute off of Wandsworth Bridge
Road. The Thames is under 5 minutes walk away. South Park, which has tennis
courts, running tracks and plenty of open green space is three minutes walk
away. Closer still is Eel Brooke Common with its wide open green space. It is
approximately five minutes walk to Fulham Broadway tube. Buses are too many to
mention on New Kings Road, Wandsworth Bridge Road, Fulham Road and Peterborough
Road.
