This flat is being refurbished to the very highest standards. Wood floors cover the apartment except in the bedrooms where there is carpet, and tiles in the bathrooms. There is one bathroom with a shower above the bath, and one shower room. Both rooms have suspended ceilings with recessed halogen lighting. The flat has two parks close by, the nearest is Bishops Park, which is enormous. There is a running track, cycling path, tennis courts, cricket pitch, roller blading track and even a paddling pool! The park is adjacent the River Thames and is just a few minutes walk. Hurlingham Park is around 5 minutes walk and is similarly equipped including a bowling green! There are several other parks close by too. It is under five minutes walk to Putney Bridge Tube and about similar to Parsons Green. Putney High Street is under 10 minutes walking time away. Buses are too many to mention on New Kings Road, Fulham Road and Fulham Palace Road. The bars nearby include the Pitcher and Piano (1 min), Zulus (2 mins), Eight Bells (1 min), O'Neals and The Larrick (3/4 mins), and the list goes on!
