You want to leave before the end of your contract?
NO PROBLEM!!!!
Regardless of whether you are just renting a room, or an entire property, we have no problem with you moving on if you wish to do so, and we will not charge you any fees for this either. To do this, however, you must give us one month's notice, find someone to replace you, and take over your room / property, and we may ask you to advertise the room / property for a slightly higher amount, so please check first. So please give us a call and we will advise you on what to do next. If you do not want to rent the room / property yourself, we can do it for you, and take the responsibility for viewings over from you. You are still responsible for the rent until a new person(s) take over your obligations. If you wish us to do this for you, we will charge one month's rent to cover our costs.
